EVENT’S DESCRIPTION:
The debate 6 organized by Solution took place during the week of the 23-29/05/2022. 9 people attended the event: 5 women and 4 men. This debate was organized as a workshop and focused on the Monithon online tool (www.monithon.eu) to create reports with the aim to monitor European funded projects. The responsible of the workshop started by explaining that after the debates and the study visits at Mur à pêches in Montreuil, the goal was to fill in the report and to publish it online.
First of all, the functionalities and the sections of Monithon were presented to the group. They also went through other existing reports on the platform in order to have a better idea of what the report on Mur à pêches must look like. Solution’s workers said that they already created a profile for the association, so they could start filling in the report. Some of the participants were chosen among those who participated in the debates or who participated in the study visit, so that they were aware of the Restauration du Mur à pêches project and of Civic Monitoring.
The first step of the monitoring report, the Analysis section, was mainly filled by Solution, while the Evaluation and the Impact sections were completed by the whole group. This workshop was very important to conclude the monitoring process because allowed the French group to dedicate a slot of time to reflection and to give a shape to the conclusions drawn after the study conducted on the Restauration du Mur pêches project.
