EVENT DESCRIPTION:

On the first debate of the project Carpe Diem invited people from the local community in order to present them the project, how it came to be and it’s purpose.
Participants were informed about what Civic monitoring actually, what was learnt in the training in Lecce which project will be monithored.
The facilitator explaind the whole process and discussed with the pariticipants about how effective it can be and how can they participate in the whole process, nontheless how it can help the comunity.
Most of the participant were introduced to the method for the first time and some of them didn’t even know how european projects actually work.
Most of participants were positivly affected and interested about it, which gives hope that they will participate more in the future and be more active.
